Najm Personality Index™ provides a behavioral assessment service designed for professional development and self-understanding. The assessment generates personality insights based on your responses to a series of questions.

3. Assessment Accuracy

Our assessment is based on established behavioral science research, including the Five-Factor Model. However, no personality assessment can provide a complete picture of an individual. Results should be used as one of many tools for self-reflection and development.

The assessment is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used for clinical, therapeutic, or medical purposes. It is not a substitute for professional psychological evaluation.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest responses during the assessment
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer the assessment
• Keep your session link confidential if privacy is important to you

5. Intellectual Property

The Najm Personality Index™ methodology, content, and branding are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share your personal results but may not reproduce the assessment methodology or content for commercial purposes.

6. Payment and Refunds

Premium reports require payment before access is granted. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are provided only in cases where technical issues prevent delivery of the purchased report. Please contact support if you experience any issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Najm Personality Index™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on your assessment results. Use of the assessment results is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
